Wicked Cool Fact! But can you do the math to see if it is right? (I just said that to make it a question)?

Did you know, that if you could stretch out a single DNA helix, it would measure several inches long! Now, here is the cool part, if you calculate the width of a single atom compared to the width of that DNA, it is the same as comparing the width of a paperclip, to the width from the Earth to the Moon!! Cool huh? Do the math if you don't think so. (by the way, I used 7 inches, just to get it a little longer)

You used the wrong number to come up with the wicked cool fact?  Not quite the scientific approach I appreciate.  And you don't even address the fact that the moon's position to the earth varies.

All that being said it is wicked cool, it is PHI at work, which is, without a doubt,  very, very wicked cool.
