Wieght help i need bad?

ok im 13 wiegh 230 but i can bench 170 all i gotta do is lose my gut can some one tell me the best way to do this??

  1. 1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minuets.

    6. Run as fast as you can for 30 minuets daily.

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.


  2. I am 15 and i was rather porky. I then started eating at least 5 frish fruit and veg a day and had weathabix for breakfast and ate brown rice n pastas and fishes and chicken. I cut out most fats and salty foods and i am now slim. I also work out by doin sit ups every night and that lost my belly. x

Wow your only 13 and your 230 lbs, first of all cut out all fatty foods and only drink water, now exercise, find a sport that you like and stick to it, I recommend swimming because the average 150 pound person burns 400 calories an hour swimming and that is only leisurely swimming, like most people do when they are at the pool with friends, but other strokes help lose a lot more calories, and also you would burn more like 600-800 calories an hour since you are a lot more than 150 lbs and remember that there are 3,500 calories in 1 pound

  6. if u exercise daily, then try this out.... every morning after u wake up, before having any milk/tea/coffee, have half a glass of Luke warm water with a spoon of honey & half a lime. Do this daily & see how the fat burns. after tking this do not eat or drink anything except water for the next hr. Also remember to stick to proper healthy diet. if u require a 7day 5kg reduction diet i can pass it on. let me know.

  7. Eat less, eat healthy stuff & exercice more. Be determined and you will get there,
