Wierd leg rash/bumps??

i have these bumps that look like pimples all of my thighs when i went to the doctor for my checkup i asked her about and she said its probably just razor burn but that was a week ago and it hasn't gone away and its itchy i use shave gel when i shave and I'm going 2 the doctor 2morrow again cause my lil sis has a checkup.. if anyone thinks or knows what it might be leave an answer thanks!!!

i have the same thing i went to my dermotologist and he said mine was a skin irratant like a skin allergy it can be from frtlizer outside, pollen, etc ask again though
