Wierd neighbor kid?

My son has a friend that lives near by and this kid is wierd! He is always smacking my sons butt and making comments about loving him. He is only 6 so I dont think it is a sexual thing. I cant tell his parents because they get all defensive. What can I tell this kid to make him stop? Oh and he holds my son down and tries to kiss him, but when my son punches him to get him of him they get mad.

At that age I would doub't if his action have come from being sexually abused.  He may have picked it up watching other people though. don't take it so seriously he may grow out of it somewhat as he grows older
