I absolutely LOVE cloudy and rainy weather. But whenever it's sunny outside, I begin to feel sad. How do I ''cheer up''?

  1. Well, i like both, you could move to a country like norway or greenland. or.. you could just do the normal stuff even though its sunny or raining. Just dont think about it. Theres no reason to cheer up, but you can buy air-conditioning, and stay inside all day, and excersize on an exersize machine. You can: listen to music, read a book, go shopping (in malls you cant really see the weather ) go to the cinema, call a friend, watch a movie, take a trip, or just think positive

  2. Yep, that's weird.  I guess, maybe it's your world view.

Or you could just get dark sunglasses :)

  3. Same with me! I love thunderstorms and rain. I hate sunlight because my parents always made me go for long walks with them on sunny Sundays, which was extremely boring.

No need to "cheer up". If you don't like sun, stay inside or go outside in shady areas.

  4. Well...I don't think it's that serious, but you may have SAD (I know, so cliche), or Seasonal Affective Disorder. My friend has it. It's basically where either in winter you feel sad and summer you feel happy, or in your case, reverse. It happens to people. I'm guessing you must like fall and winter better, because it's cloudier and rainier, and spring and summer are more sunny. But I dunno, maybe I'm BSing. Here's a thing about it:

My friend's treatment is to sit in front of a lightbox for 20 minutes in the winter and fall (she has the type where she gets sadder in winter.) I don't know what your treatment would be though. :P
