Wierd things in my dreams...?

Every time I dream that involves people it will start off normally. But as the dream would go on the people would fade until they weren't there. what does that mean?

It might mean that those people are slowly "fading" out of your life without you realizing it.  Have you talked recently to these people?   Either keep in contact with them (invite them for lunch, etc.) and make more of an effort now to keep in touch or let them slowly drift away (kind of like two friends who drift apart until they aren't friends anymore).
