  1. I have a similar recurring dream. I am in a big room that is white or black seems to be breathing and alive and it closes in on me. Sometimes dots or even faces/voices flash in and out. I used to have it a lot as a child, then started having the feeling while I was awake. I believe it is triggered by stress or turning points in my life..I came to a point, where I faced the fear, it did not scare me anymore,,now, I barely have this dream or feeling anymore...maybe once a year, lol..

  2. it could be life, and the balck dots are representing parts of your life,

certan factors that have been suprised in your head and are bein relised into your dremas

    such as unresolved argumnets

    deaths

    accidents ect.

the buzzing could be your head thingking the dots are noise and therfore bugign it out with high pitched buzzing, like you get when you turn a tv on.

ive not had this dream beofre, but i do have a couple of reoccouring ones,

try talking to people about memoried you may have that are plaging you inside, it will make you feel better and probley stop the dream.

there could be other factors such as tiredness, and is your beedroom dark, thje white light could be light polloution coming in while you are in bed, and you might want to block it out.

the black dots cuould allso be a decided love one talking to you thouhg your dream, but your brain doesnt know how to enturpirate it

try a theripy sesion and explore whats goin on in your head, it will help too

if you suffer from clostrphobia, it could be a symptopm of that where you feeltraped in your own head

to cure it try being hydrapted beofre you go to bed, and expell your self of any rage or bad thought you have

go to bed wti ha smile, have a good nights sleep

also dont become sleep depreived that can lead to bad dreams

as can iregualr sleep patterns, setr a bedtime and stick yto it

    good luck

  3. i used to have this same dream very frequently when i was a kid. it used to freak me out. you feel like you cant move when all the dots are on top of you and the noise is deafening. i used to wake up in cold sweats kicking the covers of and couldn't sleep for ages after ward.

however as i got older you actually get used to it and seem to control the dots and can make them do some funny things. i know that sounds weird but i used to have them dancing, playing football, all sorts of crazy stuff.

  4. i had sumthing similar but instead of dots mine were people trying to suffocate me, and they went on for years, so a few years ago i saw a phsychoterapist about a car crash i was in and we got chatting about my dreads and apparently those dreams were about bad **** that happened my family and my upbringing and i was trying 2 escape through my dreams, it was like a form of claustrophobic.
