Hi, i want to know Wife residency visa validity from date of issue, i live in dubai UAE, can she enter within 30 days or within 60 days, what is accurate time period of entering in Dubai.

Sorry, I do not understand your question. Your wife's residence visa will be valid for 3 years. During this time she can leave and re-enter the UAE as often as she wishes without any time frame.

You have to apply for a visit visa for your wife first. She has to be present while applying for residency. The visit visa can be for 30 or 90 days. Holders can enter the country once within two months from the date of issue.
