Wifi connection problem

Question

after having connection with home wifi attempted to utilize a phone as a modem (blackjack) settings were changed now am not able to reconnect my vltop to my home system if this would be better over a phone line let me know please. am in a rush to attain this connection have a million things to do for the holidays Please are you able to help ? Thanks for the quick response.
