Is it normal when you wear a wig that you sweat alot & if so how do I reduce the sweating? I can't even wear my wig for even 10-15 minutes without my forehead sweating like a pig what do I do to stop the sweating my head is shaved I don't wear those caps on your head cause I have a stubble to keep the wig from moving around. I want to wear my wig but I can't for very long cause I just sweat so much.

The caps are there mostly to just keep it from chafing but eh. I don't use them often and I have a shoulder length hair.

Is it only when you wear it that you sweat? You might have to invest in a lighter wig. It might just be that it's not professional quality or it's made to be very full and thick.

If you have shaved your head then wear a beanie or get a lighter beanie it might help you if yooh wore the cap...

A lot of body heat escapes from your head, that's why it helps to cover your head in the winter to stay warm, so probably sweat is normal. Maybe the people who make wigs have something to help absorb the sweat or maybe you could powder your head with corn starch to absorb some of the heat.
