Bolivian international forward Marcelo Moreno has joined Wigan Athletic on loan for the rest of the season. The 22-year-old Shakhtar Donetsk forward was at the DW Stadium to finalise the deal today, and becomes boss Roberto Martinez’ second signing of transfer deadline day, following the arrival of highly-rated winger Victor Moses from Crystal Palace.
