I'd like to lose some weight in the next couple weeks.. anywhere from 2-4 pounds. We got a Wii Fit a few weeks ago, and I need a workout plan to do everyday.
Please be specific; for example, don't just say "Do cardio and strength training." I'd like answers such as: "Start with a short distance jog, then do the lunges and rowing squats in the strength training", etc.
I want to lose some weight in the tummy area. I also want to tone my body, but I don't want to build muscle on my stomach unless there's less fat, so please don't include exercises that do that.
