Wii Fit workout help?

I'd like to lose some weight in the next couple weeks.. anywhere from 2-4 pounds. We got a Wii Fit a few weeks ago, and I need a workout plan to do everyday.

Please be specific; for example, don't just say "Do cardio and strength training." I'd like answers such as: "Start with a short distance jog, then do the lunges and rowing squats in the strength training", etc.

I want to lose some weight in the tummy area. I also want to tone my body, but I don't want to build muscle on my stomach unless there's less fat, so please don't include exercises that do that.

    First of all what most peopl edont get is that if you just do cardio you dont loose weight.

    too loose weight 10% = cardio

    90%= nutrition

    cardio= jog 30 mins a day 2wice a day thats what im doing now and ive lost a lot of wight. Also eat 3-5 times a day.WOW isnt that a lot well dont eat big meals. this is what i do

    wake up 5:30

    drink skin milk and fruits 6:00

    eat gronola bar and orange juice 730

    eat salad 11:30

    eat granola bar and drink v8 3:30

    eat rice with salmon 6:30
