I have never owned any video game systems. So do you need the Wii in order to have the Wii fit ? I didn't buy it or anything just wondering.

Therefore wouldn't it be kind of obvious you need the wii to play it?

Also, if you were looking for any kind of serious weight loss, wii fit is a huge waste of money. You may lose about 5 pounds in 6 months if you do it every day.
