Rock band and guitar hero are 2 different games so no it does not come with Rock band. If you mean a guitar to play rock band yes it comes in the bundle.

You're thinking of two totally different games & franchises, who are in fact competing against each other.

Also, a Wii Points card gives you money to buy Virtual Console & WiiWare games on the Wii Shop Channel, which can be accessed with a Wii connected to the web.

Wii Points cards are a way for you to get Wii Points into your account to buy items from the Wii Shop channel.  

If you get the big box, it comes with a guitar, a drum set, and a microphone in addition to the Rock Band game.

You cannot use Rock Band equipment to play Guitar Hero games.  You'll have to get Guitar Hero equipment in order to play the GH games.
