Wii game: Ratatouille?

I really like this game, Ratatouille on Wii, but I'm having some trouble on the way. I'm on the level Little Chef-Big Kitchen where I have to go to the doornob and stuff. Well I climb up on the counter using a trash can. A chef is working there so I have to use that little strainer as a sheild. Well I have to get to the other side of the counter (and the "B" button is being highlighted on a green wheeled thing that is carrying boxes) but when I get on to that, I don't know how to get on the other side of the counter and it is pretty risky because anybody can see me.

HELP!!!

I do not know how to get ther either. If you go to www.gamefaqs.com, and click on Wii, then r, you should find a list of wii games with r being the first letter, like ratatoulille. Once there, you can look up a faq telling you how to do it.
