Wii remotes should have a wireless link

do you think that wii remotes should be wireless when you hold the nunchuck in the other hand there should be some sort of link between the two so you dont get tangled up when running in particular

There is such a thing as a wireless nunchuck.

However, I go through enough Wii Remote batteries that I definitely wouldn't want to waste more batteries trying to power a wireless nunchuck. Since the controllers need to be in close proximity anyway, it just seems like a waste to me.

If you are willing to spend around £20-£35, you can actually get a wireless nunchuck.  It was released by a company called Nyko earlier this year.
