Yeh it'll work but you are aware of the fact that you need a wireless network already yeh?

If you're confident installing it you might want to try something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... it works just like the one you posted but it fits inside your computer.

Yes, that adapter will work with just about any computer that has an available USB port.

Yah it will work, but you knew that already. Your internet connection depends on how much you pay your ISP. That determines how much bandwidth you can use.

The guy above me failed to realize that the motherboard inside you computer only has 1 PCI slot to expand with a card like that. It's already being used!

Yes, it will work. But the wireless USB adapter is a bit expensive for a low-end interface. It's also a bad shape and size for a desktop. Take a look at the one I linked to.

As for your Internet connection speed: First, I assume you have wireless Internet setup in your house or apartment. If you don't, it won't get you any Internet access at all. If you do, the wireless network won't be the limiting factor. You will get all the speed your Internet access has to offer.
