Hello, we have something growing by our flower bed that looks like celery leaves/tops. They actually get nearly a couple feet high. We pulled the roots out only to find that it looks like an off white color carrot. And they have a strong carrot smell as well. They also grow in other parts of the yard. And I noticed that even my daughter has them pop up. And she lives in another town. Does any one know if these are really wild carrots? Are they eatable? And if so what is there nutrition value? We live in growing zone 5. Please reply. Thanks.
