Wild baby bird help?

I found a baby bird on the ground?

and i took it inside my house because i could not find the nest and the bird wasnt moving i think the bird is about 2-3 weeks old she has almost all of her feathers i have been taking care of her for the past 3 or 4 days and shes eating well but i dont know what to do from here how do i teach her to fly? shes just a common little brown bird should i just take her to some wildlife rehabber? please help. i live in schaumburg illinois if that helps at all

  1. keeping it alive is 90 % of job,, it will learn to fly whatever you do or dont do...when old enough to release just put it in fenced in area...it may stay around your house for several days looking for handouts...then it will go..


  2. The bird needs o go to a shelter and be around other birds..problem is it will not be accepted by other wild birds.

  3. You should take it to the local zoo if you have one or a vet.  I would think they would know what to do. This would probably be your best bet because you do not have the skills (no offense) to take care of the bird on your own. My friend has tried that and he ended up killing it.
