Wild hogs hit or miss?

in my opinion it was the funniest movie in a long time

I just saw Wild Hogs.  

Although it had some funny parts in it, I truly believe that the quality actors in the movie could have been funnier.  

This may be due to the director's ability and the inability for the actors to ad lib.  Sometimes, if given freedom, actors can make a movie a whole lot funnier.

My favorite part was the interaction with the Highway Patrolman.
