Wildlife conservation in Kansas City?

Question

Anyone know how to find the number? I'm searcing everywhere.

I found a box turtle, got ran over so it's shell is alittle cracked and smooshed. He seems ok, he's active, not bleeding. But I'm afraid to just let him loose before he is healed.
