The Vitesse Arnhem striker has confirmed that he will join the English Premier League side if they agreed terms with his club in January, while admitting that the European champions are a top club.

even claiming that one of the two English outfits would manage to acquire the services of the Ivorian ace in the upcoming January transfer window.
The technically gifted hit-man, who arrived at GelreDome Stadion in the summer of 2011 after making over 50 appearances for Sparta Prague, has thus far netted an impressive 27 goals while donning the jersey of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vitesse-c40905 in 47 games.
His impressive performances upfront has garnered him interest from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fernando-Torres-c13707 available for the no. 9 role.
Several reports in English media have constantly being linking the talented young striker with the European champions, and the Ivorian international has now made it clear that he would love to join the Blues.
“It's not the number one topic for me at the moment, but if they write about me going there, then it's great isn't it? But seriously, if they want me, it would be a great honour. I would be glad to go to such a club. I love English football and wouldn't
be afraid to play there. Chelsea are a top club”, Bony was quoted as saying to Czech daily
Pravo.
The 23-year-old has an ongoing contract at GelreDome Stadion that runs until the summer of 2015, but reports indicate that an offer in the region of 14 million Euros would be enough to acquire the striker’s services.
And Bony has confirmed that he would leave the Arnhem outfit should Chelsea reach an agreement with his club in January.
“If Chelsea are interested in the winter and the clubs reach an agreement, then why not? We'll see what happens. At the moment I want to be playing as well as I can for Vitesse”, the Ivorian ace concluded.
