Will 1 lead pellet set off a cruise ship metal detector like the walk though ones?

I need to know because I got shot and have a pellet gun pellet in my leg and am curious if it'll set it off.

If you set off the detector, they will do a hand wand over you.

Our daughter went through and the thing lit up like a Christmas tree.

They went and got the wand..she lifted her shirt high enough to show her belt...all metal...he said that caused it..

He double checked it..and off we went..

no big deal..

I have heard of people with metal plates in their head or limbs, setting off the walk through detectors, but if you can go through with a metal belt buckle and not set it off, I don't see that a lead pellet will be big enough to trigger the alarm. If you are worried about it make sure that you have no other metal objects, like the metal belt buckle or loose change, on your person and you should be fine.

You can declare it before you walk through, and if you have a scar to show your injury, it'll make a great conversation starter.
