Will 1 percocet show up in a urine test?

My friend took a urine test for a job and it came back positive. He said he took one of his mothers percocets to deal with pain in his injured (from basketball, which is true) hand. Which means he did not have a prescription. My other friend is a nurse who said 1 percocet will not really show up on the test unless he took more than one. Will the 1 percocet he took, show up on a drug test a day or two after he took it?
