Well I was wondering because I want to live there when I'm older and I don't know how much it will cost a month for rent, food, utilities, water, and all that stuff.

  1. You not even going to last 2 weeks:P Apartments range from 150 000 to millions... Unless you a student then apartments are cheap

  2. 11,000 yen for a month??

    Definitely not...

Even if you meant 110.000 yen, still it's tough.

Rent would be 50,000 yen  to70,000 yen for one or two rooms.

    (Depends on the location)

Water, gas, electricity would be 10,000 yen to 15,000 yen all together, I think.

Food... estimate 800 - 1,000 yen a day, so that would cost 30,000 yen a month.

Then you need to buy some stuff for your own, you need train money....

Trust me, right after I graduated from college and I was making 200,000 yen a month, and rent was 45,000 yen...

Still it was a bit tough for me...

  3. Are you kidding ? You might make it two days on that !

And you just can't move there.

Maybe 250,000 yen a month if you live modestly.

  4. 11,000 yen is about $100us which will not last long in japan, maybe when you get to the age of living there these calculations will have changed. 300,000yen a month approx is what you will need

  5. deff not...
