  1. yes certainly. At first look an Indian naturally feels that our security will be endangered but actually we have freedom to take nuclear test, only condition is that the uranium provided by them should not be utilized for it.We can use it to solve nation's energy problem.

The nuclear deal is opposed by opposition in America for the reason that this law is more helpful to India. To improve America's image in their liberal minded citizens Bush have taken smart decision.America have made some changes in HIDE ACT to deal with India in order to make this law acceptable in India.

According to this law our nuclear energy projects will be under supervision of IAEA. There is no need to be worried regarding working of IAEA  as some of the Indian nuclear projects like that of Tarapur PROJECT are already under the supervision of IAEA.

  2. there are two opinions....

1)we are now lack of energy--the sudden need for it is the industrial growth, malls and all others...we can get it from solar, water, wind and thermal.....but they are not efficient..so everyone wants a simpler solution...so there is nuclear energy in which only gms of uranium can give you energy equivalent to tons of coal...now there is only one place in zarkhand where we get this uranium and that is not enough..so india will get uranium from other country that will help it to get more energy...

2)But we have to keep some of our nuclear reactors under inspection of US where we cannot do any research..just use uranium for energy that's it....that is what USA wants....So they wants inspection of of our reactors that we r not planning of any bombs..also after agreement we have to "OBEY" them in some matters...like england has helped USA in iraq war...
