Will 2001-2003 Lexus LS430 tail lights fit on a 2004 Lexus LS430?

Yes but if the 2004 LS430 has 5 speed transmission.If it has 6 speed,then only 04 and 05 fit.HTH

Probably not, even if the part itself fit the area, it won't wire up because the 2004 was start of the LED tail lamps, and those didn't have conventional bulbs except for turn signal and reverse.  2001-2003 was regular bulb for all.  I would say get the exact year.
