Will 20x9.5 rims fit on a 2004 cadillac cts?

I bought dub rims and my car calls for 20x8.5 rims but the tire says that there 245/35-20 9.5 does this mean my rims are 20x9.5 or can you fit 9.5 tires on 8.5 rims? did I get screwed? HELP!!!!!

  1. no they wont fit. get your money back and leave the rims the proper size
