  1. No.

Now stop looking up to air-brushed models in magazines and be happy the way you are.

  2. It depends alot on how many calories you consume on a daily basis... check out the site attached...

  3. First of all, why do you need to loss weight? You are already really thin.

For your question: You would need to run for about 1-1 1/2 hours each day for more than a month to actually see good results, otherwise, you would lose about a pound or two in a worse workout.

  4. You dont need to lose weight

  5. You don't have enough body fat too lose.

  6. To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in. Running 1 mile burns *approx* 100 calories. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. However, running will build muscle, which weighs more than fat. I've lost weight by running but my legs have gotten bigger. It's okay though, makes me feel strong. :)

  7. You don't need to be skinnier at 105 and 5'5.

  8. 30 minutes of running five days a week is plenty. Much more than the average person would run. I would say it depends on how fast you are planning to run and what terrain. I used to weigh 156 lbs. My ideal weight is 145 lbs. I've been running one mile (sometimes more depending on how I feel) on a treadmill, three days a week. Plus three sets of sit-ups, cross-sit ups, and leg lifts. It's really easy and does not take long. In about a month I lost ten pounds. I am now at my ideal weight and look a lot thinner than before. So I would advise you to not only just run, but do abdominal exercises as well, to maximize fat loss in that area. At this point- try not to focus on how much you want to lose, or how much time you want to put into it. Just focus on persistance. Keep working out whenever you have time and don't quit- because then all that hard work will go to waste. But it sounds like to me, you don't need to lose weight. So if you're just unhappy with your tummy area, you should run a bit and do sit ups and leg lifts which are great for the lower abs. Also, don't forget that its important to warm your body up and get your heart rate going. This will make you burn calories more effectively. That's why I run and jump rope before I do sit-ups. It takes only a matter of seconds for your heart rate to go back down to normal, so don't take too many long breaks. Hope my answer helped.
