Will 33 inch tires fit on a '99 2 door tahoe?

Question

I'm not planning on using a lift because i'm only 16 and don't really have the money. I also want to avoid cutting into the fenders or other body panels too much. It's sitting on 31 inch all terrain tires right now and i also want to find tires that will fit on 16 inch american racing wheels.

You can squeeze a 285/75R16 under the 4wd with minimal rubbing (only during a full-lock turn and you compress the front suspension).
