Sure, as long as you install high cut tube fenders or remove the front fenders and cut out the rear wheel wells.

I doubt it. A 6" lift is recommended for 35" tires on a YJ. With a 4.5" lift and 38s, you'll have to cut the fenders off your Jeep.

probably not. if you do squeeze them in there you would probably never get it to turn.  35's will fit but probably have a little tire rub on tight turns. check out
