  1. that's about a 18 us gallon tank

the amount of rock is about 2.2 pounds which you ordered

it's recommended to have at least 1-1 1/2 pounds per gallon

so the perfect amount would be actually about 18 - 27 pounds

which is 36-54 kilos of liverock

it will be enough to start the tank on cycling

if you would get cured liverock in the ammount you should get, your tank will overjump the cycling process, and will be basically instantly cycled

    hope that explanation made sense

  2. dont listen to this eve,she got the standard measurement all wrong.2.2lbs is 1kg.70litre is like so insignificant,so small the amount,u need about 1.85kg is more than enough.

  3. U need about 3 more kg of Liverock... 8kg is about 18 lbs... 70 liter is about 18 gallons.. Rule is 1-1.5lb of liver rock per gallon...
