Will A Chincoteague Pony* Get Along With...

(*A chincoteague pony that has been bought at the Pony Swim auction as a foal.)

- A Miniauture Horse that has an attitude (About 6.5 hands or, 26 inches; 3 years old)

-A Paint Horse that is very nice (Full grown; 7 years old)

~Also, are they easily trained? [I've heard numerous times that they are, but I would just like to know your oppinion]

~And, are there any other things about a Chincoteague Pony [Good or Bad] that I should know?

  1. They should be able to get along. All three will have to sort out a pecking order. But after they sort out who's boss, they should be just fine together.

    I've never trained a Chincoteague pony, but I would assume they would be the same as training mustang foals. If you bring them up correctly, they should be just like a normal horse.

    Like I've said, I've never worked with Chincoteagues, so I couldn't really say anything about them. But they look like great ponies. I've seen plenty of children around them.
