  1. Any good teacher will inquire about your lip and what happened. It's not really a big deal as long as its not from abuse or someone hitting you. If that's the case I encourage you to seek help if possible. If not, just tell whoever asks the truth. The truth seems to be a good fix to things.

  2. wear makeup

    lots of it

they'll think you just have somethin unsightly under there

    but first

if someone beat the s@^& out of you you should tell someone

  3. I hope a teacher will ask you.  Since you are worried about the teacher asking rather than your classmates, it leads me to believe that you are trying to protect someone.  If it was an accident, you wouldn't need to protect them.  Which leads to my next question, why protect someone who hurts you?

I realize that you won't be answering my questions, but hope you think about them.  No one has the right to hurt you.

  4. a few questions, first how old are you, 2nd, are you female, 3rd, what did you do? and 4th, are you involved in any activity that could result in a bruised lip, such as martial arts of some kind or a wrestling club?

  5. Not much you can do to remove a bruise as the injury is internal. I don't know why a teacher would ask about something like that, they might ask if you're alright, just ask casual like there's nothing going wrong.
