Will ALL blogs, blog comments, quick-page-comments and pics be saved IFYahoo does transition OUR information?

Question

Does ANYONE know what is happening with 360, the proposed transition, and when it will occur? I don't want to loose ANY form of media I've saved to my 360 page. And I don't feel Yahoo has the legal right to take away a customers information. Unless the fact it is STILL deemed to be a BETA program saves them from our right to have our information saved.
