Will AMD Phenom 9950 work with this motherboard? ?

Will a Phenom 9950 work with a LANPARTY DK 790FX-M2RS 790FX motherboard. Im concerned that like many motherboards, it will not work with the 9950's high power requirements. Im pretty sure it will, but better safe than sorry.

Yes, you shouldn't have any problems.

Best to check with LANparty, look through the BIOS, if there are support for the 9950, it will state so . they made the board, if anyone can give a real answer, they are the only one, why chance it with some 'may be' could be' answers ? as a false move could render your system useless.
