  7. Arsenal will not win the Premiership during the 08/09 season. They will not even finish in the Champions League positions. Spurs will finish 4th with Arsenal 5th.

    This is due to:

    1) A lack of activity in the transfer market, and the main 2 buy's Nasri and Ramsey not being ready for first team for football this season.

    2) The loss of Flamini, Gilberto and Hleb. These were 3 vital members of the midfield and haven't been properly replaced.

    3) The negative influence cause by the loss of Flamini & co along with the debacle with Adebayor. Although he has confirmed he is staying, he will cause nothing but unrest in the dression room.

  9. Nah! Asernal is the most inconsistent team in EPL. At the end of the season, the story will always be "they did great" without a trophy.

No they won't....seem to remember the same last year when the same"experts"said Arsenal will not finish in the top 5...well lo and behold they finished 3rd and thats where they'll finish this year as well.Remember,this league is the most overrated on the planet so the amount of rubbish you read in the papers wil never alter the fact that this years table will read exactly the same as last year.But people will hope and dream and Sky Sports will say this is the best season yet(yawn)but,it's just like groundhog day.....We've heard it all before...
