  1. ask them to give you credit if they are not going to re imburse you .. this is unacceptable and poor service on their behalf . i know how you feel same thing happen to me with comcast phone service . except when i complained i got a call back on my personal cell phone a guy named eric said b**** you keep calling and complaiing we will cut everything we have the power to do so here .. i imediately found a supervioser and reported that employee , they did give me credit but that was uncalled for . whatever you do dont go with comcast phone !! they are far worse !!!!! yes ask them for credit call the billing superviser good luck i am sorry this happened to you

  2. probably not at&t is full of b******s.

  3. no but they really should....once i was charged $2,000 for something they told me was free....i switched services after that ;).........what i should have done was told one of those news stations....

  4. if the trouble is OUTSIDE of your home, before the NID, then you can be credited for the time that you reported the trouble, upto the time that the trouble was repaired, but in most cases you have to call to request this credit..

if the trouble was anywhere on the inside of your home, from the NID to your jacks and phones, then you will NOT get a credit, you are responsible to maintain the inside wiring, and jacks...

if this is regarding a cell phone, then you asked your question in the wrong section...

  5. If it was their fault, yes, they will reimburse. I'm pretty sure every company reimburses if it's their fault.

  6. It doesn't hurt to ask. They won't give you a refund, but they may give you a credit.
