They don't.  Most non-pizza places do not deliver.  Some restaurants will do a take out service for you.

No they don't.  Their food isn't that good, they and their sister restaurant chains, El Torrito and Que Pasa, do not cook their food at the restaurant, they cook it at a central location and reheat it in the restaurant kind of like what Taco Bell does.  I do suggest you look around for a better restaurant.  I like El Cholo (no deliveries) is good and the location on Western is the oldest restaurants in Los Angeles (that hasn't changed hands).. Try thier green corn tamales.

I have eaten there a braziliion times, not because of the quality, more the quantity for the price.  I do not beleve that they deliver but there might be some deliviry services in your area that can cater to your needs.
