Will Aetna insurance cover tubal reversal?

A friend of mine is on insurance through  Aetna. Her Atena insurance  plan covers almost everything for infertility except a tubal reversal. Lately she spoke to the representative, from Aetna, to have tubal reversal a part of her insurance. The representative clearly  stated that she could appeal this case and even sent an appeal form to submit to the insurance. This means that one can get Atena insurance on tubal reversal, if only one  appeals for  it.
