Will England include James Anderson in their starting XI at the expense of Ryan Sidebottom after today’s match against Pakistan?

I think they're going to do just that

Not sure where they're playing the next match, but expect Collingwood and Flower to announce that conditions favour Anderson over Sidebottom next time out

It’s something they might look at, but Sidebottom did pick up a couple of wickets against Pakistan today, despite being the most expensive of their specialist bowlers.
