  9. No. The Dodgers still owe him $15M for 2009. It's very hard to imagine that they will release a player making $15M, and if they do, another team will be able to pick him up while the Dodgers keep paying his salary.  

  10. No, he signed a very large contract. After his contract is over I can see him in a minor league uniform.
