  1. I agree with first answer, steroids will have to be legalized in the U.S. before Andruw Jones starts hittin moonshots again!

  2. Batting .162 eh?... There is no recovery in sight!

  3. No..he's not completely finished but he is a falling star and a headcase.  I wouldn't be shocked to see him have a good season somewhere else after alot of teams give up on him.

  4. Not unless MLB allows the use of PED's.

  5. I think the addition of Manny will help him finish the year stronger than the first four months.  He sure as h**l can't do any worse.

  6. i'm not sure...he'll probably have a starting spot back next year assuming that manny ramirez tests the free agent market, so he'll at least be given a chance i would think...he surely can't be worse than what he was this year

  7. I agree with the steroid issue.  I have been a lifelong Braves fan and watched Andruw get bigger year after year.  His last year with the Braves was sub-par, only effective defensively.  I wasn't surprised to see them let him go and if there was a question of steroid use, it was a no-brainer!

  8. i guess people will have to wait untill next year...if he is around

  9. No because Andrew Jones can't hit or field anymore. He is getting to the point where your get weaker and your strength isn't strong anymore. In 2006 this guy was close to MVP now 07 and 08 is his worst years.

  10. Andruw will do better in the second half. Torre needs to keep him on the bench and let Eithier play more. Jones is nothing more than a defensive replacement at this point

  11. He's done. His best days are behind him. I feel bad for the Dodgers.

  12. I dont know

but It seams like Matt Cain will have a better average then him at the end of the year

  13. No. Andruw was obviously on 'roids. That is why the Atlanta Braves chose not to re-sign him, but as a classy organization, the Braves did not to drop the ball on him, rather, just part ways.

Now the question is, Why did the Dodgers sign Andruw jones?
