Yes don't worry, unless there are major restoration works (like with the Heineken Experience end of last year until this summer) then all attractions will be open.  

There may be some parts to e.g. museums that will be closed off but these are small areas only.  Also make sure you check the opening times, and winter times are generally shorter than the longer hours during the peak summer period
