i dont think the pivoting system they offer can offer what your looking for...i konw that the SMITH and SCOTT line has" OTG models" ( over the glasses )

They should.  Way to go with Anon.  That's the best you can get although I really like Oakleys too.

I have electric's eg. 5's and they fit over my glasses fine. Although, you do know that your glasses (not the goggles) will fog up inside when you have your goggles on over them. I found that cat c**p helps make them not fog up though. Google cat c**p to find out more about it.
