Will Arsenal once again be the best footballing team in the country now?

I can't remember the great performance like that(3-0 Newcastle) from us for more than 6 months. That was last against Milan, at the San Siro or the Chelsea game at the Emirates we won 1-0, Arsenal played similar football & the way they played yesterday.

The game was amazing, every player had a great game Adebayor chants started around the 60th minute, that was Wengers message to give him some support. Fabregas getting 90 minutes under his belt, Nasri drifting in from the left but not much involved but that was the Arsenal we all know and love!!!

Question now is will they continue to play that football again every time ? 15th position to 2nd place behind Chelsea, +3 goal difference, if they drop points in the next few weeks we might have a chance to go to the top of the table again, What do you think ?

  1. Nah!

I think Man U or Liverpool or Chelsea have a better cut.

But I'm not saying they don't have great players!

    Van Persie...ama-zin'!

  2. nope USA is the best. AT EVERYTHING!

  3. In the wizard:

You have the biggest mouths.  And China's gold medal haul disproves your statement.  Another loudmouth Yank.

I can't even be bothered to thumb you down.

  4. why did you wait so long to watch great football we have been watching it for years down white heart lane.how long have the arsenal stop playing sh*te football cause that's all i saw when i saw then     play for the last 40 years

  5. oh yeah, i was thrilled.. even by the worst player i consider at arsenal, "eboue." that second goal was his.... not 'cuz of the back heel.... the run, the passing, it was typical arsenal.... now we're only a point behind.... we'll keep winning games... but we obviously need at least one midfield reinforcement....

  6. NA THEY WERE PLAYING AN OUT OF FORM TOON MOB WITH CRIMNALS PLAYING FOR EM

BUT MEBBE GIVE A FEW MATCHES MORE AND WE,LL SEE WATCH THE YIDDS GET HAMMERED TODAY

  7. **** no liverpool or man u has a better shot

  8. Its all ok playing pretty football, but if you win nothing at the end of the season then it dont meen jack diddly squat...................does it?

  9. I am not an Arsenal fan but i love to watch them when they are on form and playing like they did yesterday, it is a real pleasure and that is how football should be played and credit has got to go to Wenger for sticking with his principles and the Arsenal style of play.To play at that level week in week out will be hard but at least the doubters have now seen their potential and it is now clear to see that Arsenal are definate title contenders and as an Everton fan, seeing that our title aspirationd disappeared during pre season , i hope Arsenal go on to win the title and prove so many people wrong.

  10. anything is possible esp. now! i have faith in em! they can do it!

  11. No, they have too many gaps.

They will not survive. MU will outperform again.

  12. Last week the claims were that you'd beso c**p you'd be at Liverpool's level and now tha ur the best team in the country.

I think u swing from one extreme to another

  13. Well it is one of the best teams in the EPL . It looks as if this year ManUtd. might not have a very good shot (all those controversies). Yet I believe that Liverpool will win this year( I am a Liverpool supporter) or maybe Chelsea. But dont worry seeing the current performance of Arsenal , they might give others a run for their money.

  14. With Fabregas playing and Van Persie on form, anything can happen!

  15. Arsenal has the most attractive football team in the world, not only in England. They will continue to play like yesterday, I bet.

    Go Gunners !!!

  16. Well considering they never have been the best team in the country I'll say no.

  17. I have been a Spurs supporter for many years. My ambition is, to make enough money,  buy the Emirates, and, convert it into a Morrisons. Or a Tesco! However: The Gooners appear to be playing the best passing game so far, and, Monsieur Wenger, has an uncanny ability to motivate youngsters (with the exception of Theo Walcott, who is wasted out on the right wing) and 'persuade' them to play a game of simplicity and (on many an occasion) genious. Van Persie and Adebayor are (on current form) the most lethal striking partnership in the Premiership. Fair is fair. Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal. Healthy competition, in their quest to be Champions. Liverpool? Forget it.

    ^^^^do you call this BEST?

    ^^^^now this is best !

  19. lol! I always thought we had a chance!

It's going to be tough against Chelsea though!

  20. the only problem we have is,despite playing brilliant football,we lack the consistency

all we need to have is this and we will be top again

last season, the only reason we didnt come first was because we didnt manage to win the last few games and that because we are a relatively unstable team and we find it hard to keep up with our good performance for long ie.what happened with fulham

all we need is to be consistent and the rest we do have;quality football, great players, skill

  21. I'm a big Arsenal fan and I really hope they would win the EPL. Arsenal have a bright future, just look at how those young guns are playing right now. For me, they can achieve more if they add some experience to their lineup especially in defense, specifically in central defense. Winning the EPL would be a tough task for Arsenal in my opinion. They still have defensive lapses and weaknesses. Give Arsenal a solid defense and you've got yourself a league winning squad.

  22. no sorry

  23. Sorry, I lost my crystal ball.  Only the creator can answer this one.  I doubt that what I think will influence the outcome anyway.  My son-in-law is an Arsenal supporter but I'm a disappointment to him because I can't grasp the concept of why anyone would want to support what is basically a huge international financial institution.  As you tell, football is not in my blood.  I still can't find that crytal ball.

  24. Don't get ahead of yourself, its easy to look good at home against Newcastle with a complete team isn't it??? Weird that you good play started with the return of Fabregas...and they say we're the one man team... Weird that after the Fulham loss, most Arsenal fans were moaning on and on about Arsenal, now they're winning again and woohoo, suddenly they play the best football...very fickle.

  25. I have to admit that they play attractive football. But attractive football doesn't guarantee to win title.
