No, Avon is a commission based company and also you earn money if you sign others up.  The bonus for signing others up is based differently than the sales commission and that is paid on a weekly basis.

Avon sales reps compensation is commission driven - that is, they get a percentage based on the amount of sales that they make.  

As such, they don't get a regular fixed salary.

No you get paid by commision, but you have to sell alot of Avon.  Do you want to work from home with a success proven, established company?  Do you want to make a great income and get paid on a daily basis?  There are many great opportunities in this day and age you just need to be involed with the right company.   Here's what you look for in any business or online company.

1. If you decide to sell a product it has to be in high demand and be very low in cost.

2. You don't want a fly by night company......look for an established business with 5, 10, 20 or 30 years in business.

3. Find a publicly traded company to work for that's on the New York stock exchange.

4. Does the company have growth every year that's it's been in business??? It should or that's not the direction you want to go in
