Will BMW mini run flats 195 55 r16 wheels fit a mini cooper 55 plate?

I just bought them off of ebay for my daughter. Will they fit?

  1. they are heavy wheels and tyres which do nothing for the cars' handling or ride-comfort.  I haven't had a blow-out, ever, and haven't had a flat in years!  I know Mini owners get shot of the wheels and tyres for something lighter, with more comfort and grip.  I believe fitting them is a form of paranoia!
