I thought he was already there in FEDERAL PRISON FOR DOING STEROIDS?  Its funny how people judge the man and if they had all this evidence, for God sake, put him away!!  He is the best player in MLB history and Ill say it till they have PROOF he did something illegal.  If they have it, then put him away, where is it?  Also, he won about 4 mvps before there were any questions.  People quickly forget that too.

no he will not he'll go to court but he will end up not going to jail and they should take his home run record away

No chance for him to go to jail because even though he is keeping the truth under wraps about any "recreational" PED usage, it's not considered a mortal lie that people would have the guts to call him names behind his back, but they are cowards not to face him and insult him then.....

Maybe he's just ashamed that he did and his conscience is just keeping him from revealing it.....  

Anyways, the burden of proof is not as strong as people think, even though instead of about 3-5 counts, now there are about 12-15 against him, but all is hearsay and circumstantial, so that will not stick.  I'd say he'd get probation and will be cleared to play baseball in the 2009 season, if any AL teams are seeking a capable DH.
