Will Blue Cross reimburse me for this?

While I was in hawaii, I had to visit a doctor and it cost me $400. I have blue cross HMO plan but the doctor office said they do not take HMO. In this case, will Blue Cross reimburse me?

If you didn't get pre-approved before seeing the doctor in Hawaii, the insurance most likely will not reimburse you.
